The nature of being in the church communications world is sort of like being in the middle of of a busy intersection.  One street is full of traffic being critical of your work and the other is you having a critical eye for everything happening around your church.

So I’m wondering, what do you do to make sure all of this doesn’t end up causing you to crash and burn-out?  How can you stay positive in worship when you get frustrated with your church?  How do you keep your faith strong?
